CRL Stone first introduced low-silica materials in 2017 with the stunning Ceralsio Ceramic Surfaces range. Some years later and after thorough testing, CRL began adding Low Silica Quartz surfaces to the collection. In 2025, following a positive market response to low-silica materials, CRL Stone introduced its first Silica-Free products. This year (2026) CRL Stone are on track to achieve > 70% of overall slab sales being either low-silica or silica-free materials.
